You will enjoy foods ranging from the cheeses of the Valtellina alpine pastures to the area’s agricultural produce, with first and second courses well-known in the Valtellina (sciatt (cheese-filled fritters), pizzoccheri pasta, taragna polenta (made with buckwheat flour), game), all accompanied by the best wines from our cellar!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HALF BOARD MENU?
The basic menu includes 1 served appetizer, a first course and a second course with 4-5 different dishes to choose from, a large buffet of grilled foods and steamed vegetables, a buffet of cheeses from our local dairy, a dessert buffet or our chef’s sweet fantasies, which are different every day.
